About Corporate Headquarters


Serendipity Cruise Lines houses its corporate offices in a relatively new and modern building in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in the Rio Vista neighborhood. The official address is 1887 SE 17 St. Corporate workers inhabit the six floors of this building, which are organized into departments as follows:

The Chairman and CEO of the company was Henry Sloan McLaughlan until June 2008, when he retired. His replacement is Frances Rattenbury (PB: Dianne Wiest). She reports to the board of directors, who are currently NPCs. All employees of the cruise line are answerable to Ms. Rattenbury, but she is a much more immediate presence at corporate than she is on the ship.
