Hey, I have a question. My name is Rachael and I played her for a hot, hot, HOT second almost a year ago then got caught up in several other things and let this get lost in the shuffle. I'd like to come back and put in for another character, but I read in the guidelines that people that left without notice shouldn't re-apply. I've seen other journals around this site that are all done up with a layout, banner, ect, and I was wondering if there's a mod on here that could do that for me?
